Did you know that Halle can proudly claim to be a Child-Friendly City since 2018? In child-friendly towns and cities, children and adolescents are regarded as fully-fledged citizens. Children’s rights are key in all sectors, and that includes hotels, cafés and restaurants!
Cosy cafés and delicious restaurants are incredibly important to our city, and we want to strengthen their appeal through a child-friendly image. It goes without saying that this happens in mutual agreement with the businesses in question.
The child-friendly hotel, café and restaurant label means various child-friendly facilities are at your disposal: kids menus, high chairs, baby changing tables, toys to ease the wait, or toilet step-stools.
